Contractor’s Package

A basic contractors package will always include General Liability – which covers Property Damage and Bodily Injury to a third party. For example, if a plumber welds a pipe that sparks and causes a fire, the General Liability policy would cover the event. An Inland Marine Policy, which insures all tools or equipment that travel to and from job sites, are also common in a contractor’s package. Workers Compensation is also a key component of this package if a contractor has employees.
